Methods of collection

>> Air conditioning

is possible with a fan convector which uses "chilled" water to lower the room temperature by up to 7°C compared with the outside temperature, providing maximum comfort in summer.

>> Cooling

is obtained with under-floor cooling by reversing the cooling cycle, which allows the water circulating under the floor to be cooled instead of heated. The temperature of the floor water can thus be lowered to 20°C. The heat drawn from the building is evacuated via the collector (horizontal, vertical, groundwater or air collector).

In this configuration the heating floor is neutralised and the additional fan convectors enable the rooms involved to be cooled and dehumidified. Humid areas (e.g. bathrooms) and rooms with a covering which is not compatible with cooling (solid wood parquet, fitted carpets etc) must be neutralised. This technique enables temperatures to be reduced by up to 4°C.

>> DHW kit (Domestic Hot Water)

operates in relay with an Isara, Isara C HE, Zephira AO C HE or Savara generator, and allows a hot water tank with a minimum capacity of 300 litres to be heated to 58°C.

If a higher temperature is required, this is obtained using the tank's electrical heater.

Energy consumption is minimised and the operation of the unit is optimised through an independent regulator which prevents the water heater operating at the same time as the generator.

>> The swimming pool kit

enables water in an open-air pool to be heated by diverting the under-floor heating water. A titanium heat exchanger is connected to the heating circuit to heat the pool when the house heating system is closed (available with Isara and Savara ranges). An electronic regulator ensures accurate control of the water temperature. The system is programmed for a pool water temperature of 28°C.The pool kit may be installed several years after the installation of the heating system.
For an internal pool all-year water heating is provided by an independent heat pump and a special pool kit.
